What we collect

The details you type about your child (first name, how to say it, and any optional details), your email address, and payment confirmation from Stripe. We never ask for photos of your child. Card details go straight to Stripe and never reach us.

What we use it for

Only to write Santa's script, make the video and email it to you. To make the video we send the script to our AI providers: OpenRouter (Anthropic Claude for the script, HeyGen for the video) and ElevenLabs (Santa's voice). Emails are sent with Resend. Files are stored with Vercel.

How long we keep it

Unpaid drafts are deleted after 7 days. After your video is delivered we keep it for 30 days so you can download it, then we delete the video, the script and your child's details. We keep a basic payment record as the law requires.

Advertising cookie

We use the Meta pixel, and Meta's server-side Conversions API, to measure which ads bring parents to the site and whether they order. We send Meta the pages you visit on this site, the steps you complete (starting the form, opening checkout, paying) and, when you pay, a scrambled (hashed) copy of your email so Meta can match the sale to the ad. We never send your child's details or the script.

In Ireland, the UK and the rest of Europe nothing loads until you click Allow, and No thanks means it never loads. Elsewhere it is on by default. Anyone can switch it off or on again with the “ad cookies” link at the bottom of every page.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, or to delete it sooner, by emailing hello@santanoticed.com. You can also complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission.
