Last updated 5 November 2026. These terms cover buying a personal Santa video from Santa Noticed, run by Maklu Initiative Limited (company number 713617), Dublin, Ireland.

What you get

One personal video of Santa speaking the script you approved, delivered by email within 24 hours of payment. The video is created with AI. You can download it and share it with family.

Price

One payment, shown before checkout. There is no subscription and nothing renews.

If something is wrong

If Santa says a name or detail wrongly, or the video has a technical fault, reply to the delivery email and we remake it free. If we cannot deliver within 24 hours we will tell you and refund you on request.

Your right to cancel

Because the video is made personally to your details, once production starts you agree that the usual 14-day right to cancel no longer applies. If we have not started, email us and we refund in full.

What you can ask Santa to say

Scripts must be suitable for a child. We may hold or decline an order if the details are not appropriate, and refund it.
